The Capex/Purchase Option is PMR Solar's most direct and traditional funding model, designed for businesses that have the capital available and prefer the simplicity and autonomy of outright ownership. Under this structure, PMR Solar and the client enter into a standard buy-and-sell agreement. We handle everything from the initial analysis of your building's real-time energy consumption through to the design, installation, and commissioning of a fully customised solar system — and once the transaction is complete, the system is entirely yours.

There are no ongoing agreements, no shared ownership structures, and no long-term contractual obligations with PMR Solar. You own the asset outright from day one, and all decisions regarding its operation going forward rest entirely in your hands.
